中西医结合治疗功能失调性子宫出血临床疗效观察

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗功能失调性子宫出血的临床疗效。方法：选取我院在2010年1月～2013年1月收治的112例功能失调性子宫出血患者随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组患者给予中西医结合治疗，对照组患者单独使用西药治疗。结果：观察组临床疗效总有效率为96.4%，对照组临床疗效总有效率为82.1%，观察组的临床疗效明显优于对照组患者（P<0.05）；两组患者在治疗前后血红蛋白值和月经情况上存在显著差异性（P<0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗功能失调性子宫出血取得的临床疗效显著。

Clinical observation on treating dysfunctional uterine bleeding in the integrative medicine

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine on treating dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods： 112 cases in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2013, were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was treated in the integrative medicine; the control group was used singly modem medicine. Results： The total efficiency of the observation group was 96.4%, 82.1% of the control group, the clinical efficiency of the observation group was better （P〈0.05）; hemoglobin values and menstruation of two groups before and after treatment were significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The integrative medicine has the significant clinical effect in treating dysfunctional uterine bleeding.
