| 摘 要： | 目的：观察传统体针加小针刀治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法：将93例患者随机分为传统体针加中药内服组（简称对照组）46例和传统体针加小针刀组（简称治疗组）47例两组,分别采用相应的方法治疗偏头痛,观察两组整体疗效和McGill疼痛量表各指数。结果：治疗组总体疗效及McGill疼痛量表各指数均优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：传统体针加小针刀治疗偏头痛疗效显著,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional acupuncture and small needle -knife on migraine. Methods：93 cases were randomly divided into the traditional acupuncture plus Chinese herbs group （ abbreviation as control group） （ n = 46 ） , and traditional acupuncture plus small needle - knife （ abbreviation as treatment group） （n = 47）. Corresponding methods were used to treat migraines, and the overall effects and the index of the McGill Pain Questionnaire were observed. Results：The overall efficacy and the index of MPQ in the treatment group were better than those of control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： The effect was extraor- dinary by traditional acupuncture plus small needle - knife, which is worthy of promotion. |
