高血压合并冠心病患者的临床用药分析

目的：探讨高血压合并冠心病患者的科学用药方法。方法：选取2008年1月～2011年12月我所接收的高血压合并冠心病患者38例为观察对象，进行回顾性分析。患者服用氨氯地平，1次/d，5mg/次；常规应用β受体阻滞剂及其他汀类调脂药物；辅以阿司匹林等抗血小板药物，连续服药6个月，每周复查1次。结果：患者经过1个月用药治疗，显效23例，有效9例，总有效率为84.21%。患者血压与治疗前相比其差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：对高血压合并冠心病患者进行科学合理用药，并给予患者健康指导，能够显著改善患者病情，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical medicine analysis of hypertension and coronary heart disease

Objective： To investigate the scientific methods for hypertension and coronary heart disease. Methods： From January 2008 to December 2011 received 38 patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease was observed and retrospectively analyzed. Patients taking amlodipine, day 1, every 5mg; routine use r-blockers and other statin medicines; supplemented by aspirin and other anti-platelet medicines, medication for six months. Results： Patients with medicine treatment after a month, effective in 23 cases, a little effective in 9 cases, the total effective rate was 84.21%. Compared with before treatment difference of BP was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： For hypertension and coronary heart disease scientific and rational medicine use and health guidance can significantly improve the patient＇s condition, worthy of clinical application.
