抗炎保肝联合补肾解毒方治疗慢性乙型肝炎后肝纤维化30例

目的：观察抗炎保肝联合补肾解毒方对慢性乙型肝炎后肝纤维化指标的影响。方法：选择慢性乙型肝炎患者60例，分为治疗组（30例），对照组（30例），其中对照组使用抗炎保肝治疗，治疗组使用抗炎保肝联合补肾解毒方。1个月为1个疗程，检测各项指标，连续使用3个疗程；观察临床症状和体征、肝功能、肝纤维化指标的变化。结果：两组皆能改善临床症状、肝功能，治疗组疗效优于对照组；在改善肝纤维化指标方面，治疗组治疗前后3个月比较，差异均有显著性（P<0.01），治疗组疗效优于对照组，差异有显著性（P<0.01）。结论：抗炎保肝联合补肾解毒方治疗慢性乙型肝炎后肝纤维化临床疗效确切，可明显改善肝纤维化指标，延缓肝纤维化进程。

Treating 30 cases of liver fibrosis resulted from chronic hepatitis B with anti-inflammatory and hepatoprotection therapy combined with the Bushen Jiedu recipe

Objective： To observe the effect of anti-inflammatory and hepatoprotection therapy combined with Bushen Jiedu recipe （BSJD） in treating liver fibrosis resulted from chronic hepatitis B. Methods： 60 chronic hepatitis B patients were divided into treated group （n=30） and control group （n=30）. Patients in control group were treated with the basic treatment of anti-inflammatory and hepatoprotection, the treated group used anti-inflammatory and hepatoprotection therapy combined with BSJD. 1 month is 1 course, examined each target, and usded it 3 courses continuously. To observe the changes of clinical symptoms, syndromes, liver function and indexes of liver fibrosis. Results： The clinical symptoms and liver ruction were improved, especially in treated group. In the improvement of liver fibrosis, the treated group had significant differences after 3 months treatment （P〈0.01）, and compared with control group, the difference had the significance （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Anti-infiammatory and hepatoprotection therapy combined with BSJD has the certainly efficacy on treating fibrosis of hepatitis B patients, it can obviously improve the index of liver fibrosis, delay liver fibrosis process.
