基础方配合西药治疗糖尿病足疗效观察

目的：观察在糖尿病足基础治疗上加用中药治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法：治疗组38例在一般基础治疗上采用益气活血之中药口服治疗，对照组常规予清创外敷药物包扎的方法。1次/d，4周为1个疗程，共2个疗程。结果：治疗组总有效率89.5%；对照组总有效61.8%。两组疗效比较有显著性差异（P<0.01）。结论：在常规治疗的基础上加用中药治疗糖尿病足疗效显著。

Effect analysis of treating diabetic foot with the basic recipe plus modem medicine

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of treating diabetic foot with the basic recipe plus modem medicine. Methods 38 cases of the treatment group used the Yiqi Huoxue TCM medicine on the basis of foundation treatment. The control group was treated with debridement, topical medicine and binded up. Once a day, 4 weeks for a course in both groups, a total of 2 courses. Results： The total efficiency of the treatment group was 89.5%; the control group was 61.8%. The difference between the two groups on efficiency was significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： On the basis of foundation treatment, TCM medicine has significant effect on treating diabetic foot.
