自拟舒肛止痛汤加减治疗肛肠病术后128例临床观察

目的：观察自拟方舒肛止痛汤加减治疗肛肠病术后的疗效作用。方法：将所观察的248例患者随机分成治疗组128例与对照组120例，治疗组服用舒肛止痛汤加减，对照组服用麻仁丸，观察术后疼痛、便秘、出血及创缘水肿等情况。结果：治疗组在缓解术后疼痛、便秘及创缘水肿等方面均优于对照组。结论：舒肛止痛汤加减可有效治疗肛肠病术后便秘，同时能有效缓解术后创缘疼痛、减少出血及创缘水肿，用药安全，疗效良好。

Clinical observation on treating 128 cases of anorectal surgery by the Shugang Zhitong decoction modified therapy

Objective： To observe clinical effects of Shugang Zhitong decoction modified therapy on treating anorectal surgery. Methods： 248 cases were divided into two groups, 128 in the treated group, 120 in the control. The treated group was given the Shugang Zhitong decoction modified therapy, while the treated group was given Maren pills; observe the postoperative pain, constipation, bleeding and wound edge edema, etc. Results： The total efficiency of the treated group is significantly higher. Conclusion： The Shugang Zhitong decoction modified therapy is effective on treating anorectal surgery, worthy of a wide application.
