| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨直肠癌术后吻合口瘘发生的原因，分享直肠癌术后吻合口瘘患者行横结肠造瘘术的临床体会。方法：对13例直肠癌术后吻合口瘘行横结肠造瘘术患者行总结和分析。结论：对于诊断明确、手术指征明显的直肠癌术后吻合口瘘患者，及时行横结肠造瘘术及正确的围手术期治疗是挽救患者生命的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the reason of rectum cancer postoperative anastomotic fistula, sharing the clinical experience for transverse gastrostomy in treating rectum cancer postoperative anastomotic fistula. Methods： Summary and analyze 13 cases of rectum cancer postoperative anastomotic fistula treated by transverse gastrostomy. Conclusion： For a clear diagnosis, surgical indications obvious rectum cancer postoperative anastomotic fistula patients, timely take transverse gastrostomy and correctly perioperative treatment is the key to saving the lives of patients. |
