摘 要: | 目的:观察瘫立定对脊髓损伤(SCI)大鼠模型双后肢运动功能及脊髓组织中诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)阳性细胞率变化的影响。方法:60只SD大鼠随机分为6组,用改良的Allen’s法造模,分别应用地塞米松、瘫立定灌胃,于伤后4h、8h、1d、3d、7d,采用斜板试验测定大鼠双后肢运动功能;用免疫组化方法检测脊髓组织 iNOS 阳性细胞率的变化。结果:伤后7d,瘫立定高剂量组大鼠斜板实验角度为47.6°±3.43°,与地塞米松组48.6±3.64°比较,无统计学意义(P>0.05),两者作用相当。伤后3~7d,瘫立定高剂量组iNOS阳性细胞率42.06%±2.67%,与地塞米松组43.10%±2.39%比较,无统计学意义(P>0.05),两者作用相当。结论:瘫立定对急性脊髓损伤运动功能恢复有促进作用;能有效抑制大鼠脊髓损伤后iNOS的表达。

Effect of Tanliding on movement function and iNOS in rats modeled with SCI |

Abstract: | Objective: To observe the effect of Tanliding (TLD) on rats'movement function and on positive cells ratio of induced nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) of rats modeled with spinal cord injury (SCI). Methods: 60 rats were randomly divided into six groups. All rats were injured with Allen's weight-dropping method. Then Dexamethasone and TLD were given individually to corresponding rats by gavage. Rats' movement fimction was determined through the Leaned-board experiment (tilt table test) at 4h, 8h, 24h, 3d and 7d after injury. Positive cells ratio ofiNOS was determined at the same time-points. Results: At the 7th day, the degree of angle in tilt table test is 47.6°± 3.43° in the group of high dose of TLD, compared with 48.6° ±3.64° in Dexamethasone group, there is no significant difference (P〉0.05). The rates of positive cells ofiNOS in TLD and Dexamethasone group were 42.06%±2.67% and 43.10%±2.39%, there is no significant difference (P〉0.05). Conclusion: TLD can significantly improve movement function after SC1 and inhibit expression of iNOS. |
