丹参治疗急性冠脉综合征的临床观察

目的：探讨丹参治疗急性冠脉综合征的临床治疗效果。方法：选取我院2012年1月～2012年12月60例急性冠脉综合征患者作为研究对象，随机分成治疗组和对照组，比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果：治疗组临床治疗有效率明显高于对照组，两组治疗后血浆比黏度和纤维蛋白差异明显，患者治疗前后肝肾功能、血尿常规及凝血功能无明显变化。结论：在急性冠脉综合征常规治疗的基础上加用丹参注射液能够明显降低D-二聚体和纤维蛋白原，临床疗效显著，不良反应少，值得进一步研究和临床推广应用。

Treating cute coronary syndrome with Danshen

Objective： To investigate clinical effect of acute coronary syndrome with Danshen. Methods： From January 2012 to December 2012, 60 cases of acute coronary syndrome as research subjects were randomly divided into treated group and control group. Results： The treatment group had significantly higher efficiency of treatment, after treatment, plasma viscosity and fibrin differences are significant, liver and kidney function before and after treatment, urinalysis and coagulation no significant change. Conclusion： The Danshen injection can significantly reduce the D-dimer and fibrinogen, significant clinical efficacy, adverse reactions, worthy of further research and clinical application.
