温针灸配合牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效分析

目的：探讨温针灸配合牵引用于腰椎间盘突出症治疗的临床效果。方法：选取我院2010年5月～2012年10月收治腰椎间盘突出症患者150例，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和联合治疗组，每组各75例；其中对照组患者采用单纯牵引治疗；联合治疗组患者在对照组治疗基础上，加用温针灸治疗；比较两组患者临床改善总有效率及治疗前后JOA临床症状评分等。结果：对照组和联合治疗组患者临床改善总有效率分别为70.7%，93.3%；联合治疗组患者临床改善总有效率明显高于对照组，组间比较差异显著（P<0.05）；对照组与联合治疗组患者治疗前JOA临床症状评分组间比较无显著差异（P>0.05）；两组患者治疗后JOA临床症状积分较治疗前比较明显改善，且联合治疗组患者改善程度明显高于对照组，组间比较差异显著（P<0.05）。结论：温针灸配合牵引用于腰椎间盘突出症治疗可有效改善临床症状，缓解疼痛，提高生活质量，具有临床推广使用价值。

Curative effect analysis of lumbar disc hemiation by needle warming moxibustion combined with traction therapy

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of lumbar disc herniation by needle warming moxibustion combined with traction therapy. Methods： To select 150 cases of lumbar disc herniation in our hospital In 2010 May-2012 year in October, 150 cases were randomly divided into control group and combined treated group, each group of 75 cases; The control group were treated by simple traction therapy; combined treated group was treated by needle warming moxibustion based on the control group treatment. To compare the clinical improvement of thetotal JOA score of clinical symptoms before and after treatment and efficiency of the two groups. Results： Clinical improvement rate of control group and combined treated group were 70.7%, 93.3%. Clinical improvement rate of the combined treatment group was higher than the control group, significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）; Before treatment, JOA score of clinical symptoms between the two groups had no significant difference （P〉0.05）; JOA integral of clinical symptoms after treatment had a better improvement than the pretherapy of the two groups, The patients in the treated group improved significantlyhigher than the control group, significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Needle warming moxibustion combined with traction therapy can improve the clinical symptoms, relieve the pain, improve the quality of life, is worthy of clinical application.
