自拟健脾化痰活血汤与西药治疗高胆固醇血症的随机对照研究

目的：对比分析自拟健脾化痰活血汤与西药治疗高胆固醇血症的临床疗效。方法：以应用辛伐他汀治疗的60例高胆固醇血症患者为对照组，以应用自拟健脾化痰活血汤治疗的60例患者为试验组，比较两组患者临床疗效。结果：试验组患者治疗后6个月总有效率显著高于对照组，两组比较差异显著（P<0.05）。结论：自拟健脾化痰活血汤治疗高胆固醇血症，可有效改善患者病情，降低血清胆固醇，具有广泛临床应用价值。

A randomized controlled study on treating hypercholesterolemia with the Jianpi Huatan Huoxue decoction and modem medicine

Objective： To compare clinical efficacy of treating hypercholesterolemia with Jianpi Huatan Huoxue decoction and modem medicine. Methods： 60 patients treated with simvastatin were selected as the control group; 60 patients taking the Jianpi Huatan Huoxue decoction were chosen for the experimental group. Results： In the experimental group the total efficiency was significantly higher after six months, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Jiangpi Huatan Huoxue decoction can effectively improve the patient＇s condition, reduce serum cholesterol, has a wide clinical application.
