20世纪80年代基于经穴-脏腑相关的动物实验研究情况分析

本研究以经脉穴位与脏腑间存在相对特异性联系的理论为出发点,查阅1980年～1989年CNKI数据库文献和Pubmed数据库,系统分析基于正常或疾病动物的经穴与脏腑器官相关性的研究情况。发现此时期基于动物的经穴脏腑相关的研究,已借助现代实验技术和方法,主要从针刺信号的传导途径（包括周围神经、脊髓水平、下丘脑和大脑皮层等）、针刺效应靶器官（包括组织形态学、电生理和靶器官的运动功能）、血流动力学等方面开展,证明了经穴-脏腑相关的特异效应,此效应与外周神经基础和中枢神经基础等有关,取得了丰硕成果,为后期的研究奠定了基础。

Review of Experimental Researches on Correlation between Channel Points and Zang -fu Organs in Animals in 1980s

This research focuses on the relative specific correlation theory between channel points and Zang - fu organs. After reviewing the literature in the database of CNKI from 1980 to 1989 and the database of Pubmed, a systematic analysis is made about the correlation between channel points and Zang -fu organs of the healthy animals and diseased animals. It has been found that these researches have adopted modem experimen- tal techniques, mainly referring to the transmiting passway ot acupuncture signals （ including peripheral nerves, myeloid subthalamus, cerebral cortex, etc. ） and effective target organs （including morphology, electrophysiol- ogy and the motor functions of the target organs）. It verifies the specific effect in terms of the correlation between the channel points and Zang -fu organs, and it is also related to the peripheral nerves and central nerves. It is a finding of significance, which can lay a foundation for further study.
