中西医结合治疗泌尿系结石疗效观察

目的：观察中西医结合治疗泌尿系结石的疗效。方法：泌尿系结石患者127例，随机分成两组，对照组65例给予注射用头孢替唑钠或左氧氟沙星、间苯三酚静脉滴注，双氯酚酸钠栓塞肛；治疗组62例在对照组用药的基础上应用排石颗粒口服，并配合中医辨证取穴肾俞、复溜、阴陵泉、膀胱俞、三阴交、血海等穴位针刺，观察两组疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率95.2%，对照组总有效率75.4%，治疗组疗效好于对照组（P<0.01）。结论：中西医结合治疗泌尿系结石，止痛快、排石率高、排石周期短、疗效确切，值得推广。

Clinical observation of the integrative medicine on treating urinary calculus

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of the integrative medicine on treating urinary calculus. Methods： 127 cases were divide into two groups, 65 cases in the control group were given ceftezole sodium and levofloxacin, benzene three phenol intravenous drip, diclofenac sodium suppository anal; 62 cases in the treated group were given Paishi granules based on the medicine of the control group, combined with acupuncture, to observe the therapeutic effect of the two groups. Results： The total efficiency rate of the treated group was 95.2%, the control group total efficiency was 75.4%, and the curative effect of treated group was better than control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Urinary calculus treated in the integrative medicine, have a good effect, worthy of promotion.
