青岛地区类风湿关节炎中医证候学研究

目的：通过对青岛地区类风湿关节炎患者资料的统计分析，探索青岛地区类风湿关节炎的中医证候分布情况。方法：对收集的1086例患者进行辨证分型，归纳、探讨类风湿关节炎证候学规律，分析其中医证候在性别、年龄、病程、病情分期等方面的分布情况。结果：类风湿关节炎中医证候分布在性别、年龄、病程、病情活动性方面有差异。结论：青岛地区类风湿关节炎中医证候呈现风寒湿热夹杂、气血阴阳亏虚、痰瘀互结的特点，寒湿痹阻证、风湿痹阻证为常见证型。
