健脾化瘀软肝方治疗早期肝硬化62例

目的：探讨健脾化瘀软肝方对早期肝硬化的临床疗效。方法：将124例早期肝硬化患者随机分为观察组和对照组各62例，对照组给予保肝、抗病毒等常规西药治疗，观察组给予健脾化瘀软肝方治疗，1个疗程周期后对比疗效及安全性。结果：观察组总有效率85.48%明显高于对照组的51.61%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组不良反应发生率相近，安全性对比差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：益气健脾软肝汤治疗早期肝硬化，扶正化瘀、健脾益气软肝，可有效延缓肝硬化病情进展，临床疗效优异，安全性高，值得临床进一步研究推广。
