中西医结合治疗高龄2型糖尿病49例临床观察

目的：观察中西医结合治疗高龄2型糖尿病（年龄>50岁）的临床疗效和安全性。方法：采用随机数字表法将99例高龄2型糖尿病患者分为两组，西药组给予皮下注射门冬胰岛素30治疗，中西医组在西药组基础上联合自拟补肾消渴方治疗，均连续治疗10d为1个疗程，3个疗程末对比临床疗效和药物安全性。结果：中西医组总有效率91.84%明显优于西药组76.00%， P<0.05；中西医组低血糖发生率12.00%与西药组2.04%比较，P>0.05。结论：中西医结合治疗高龄2型糖尿病疗效确切，通过传统医学整体观念与西方医学微观理念相结合，运用不同机制优势互补以提高血糖控制疗效，且低血糖发生率低，值得临床对中西医结合治疗糖尿病继续探讨。

Clinical observation on treating 49 cases of elderly type 2 diabetes in the integrative medicine

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy and security of the integrative medicine in treating elderly type 2 diabetes. Methods： 99 cases of elderly type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into two groups, the modem medicine group was given subcutaneous injection of insulin aspart, the integrative medicine group was given joint self-made Bushen Xiaoke recipe more. Continuous treatment with 10d for 1 course, the clinical efficacy and security were compared after 3 course treatment. Results： In the integrative medicine group, the total efficiency was 91.84%, significantly better than modem medicine group 76.00%, P〈0.05. The incidence of hypoglycemia was 12.00% in the integrative medicine group, compared with the modem medicine group 2.04%, P〉0.05. Conclusion： The integrative medicine is effective on treating elderly type 2 diabetes, can reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia, it is worthy to continue explore.
