六白菖砂汤治疗强直性脊柱炎辨证肾阳亏虚40例临床疗效观察

目的：探讨六白菖砂汤对强直性脊柱炎（AS）中医辨证肾阳亏虚的治疗作用。方法：将符合条件的40例强直性脊柱炎患者用六白菖砂汤组方为主进行治疗，比较治疗3个月后患者疼痛总体评分、实验室指标等的变化。结果：治疗3个疗程后40例强直性脊柱炎患者疼痛总体评分及实验室指标自身对照均有明显下降（P<0.01或P<0.05）。结论：六白菖砂汤对AS患者中医辨证肾阳亏虚证疗效确切。

Clinical observation on treating 40 cases of AS with Shenyang Kuixu with the Liubai Changsha decoction

Objective： To investigate the effect of the Liubai Changsha decoction in treating ankylosing spondylitis （AS） with Shenyang Kuixu. Methods： 40 patients with ankylosing spondylitis were given Liubai Changsha decoction for treatment. The overall score of pain, laboratory index etc. of patients were compared after 3 months of treatment. Results： After 3 months of treatment, the overall score of pain and laboratory index Of 40 patients with ankylosing spondylitis significantly decreased （P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Liubai Changsha decoction is effective on treating ankylosing spondylitis with Shenyang Kuixu.
