Objective： Through holistic guide to investigate the reasons of misdiaguosis of Monteggia fractures, puts forward the prevention measures. Methods： Review the cause of misdiaguosis results of Monteggia fracture, and analysis, the prevention of Monteggia fracture misdiaguosed measures. Result： By the view of the whole theory, did not lead to misdiagnosis of Monteggia fracture. Conclusion： Holistic guide can effectively prevent the misdiaguosis of Monteggia fracture.
