中西医结合治疗高血压病60例临床疗效观察

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗轻、中度高血压病临床治疗效果。方法：选取我院2010年3月～2013年2月收治轻、中度高血压病患者120例，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和中西医结合组，每组各60例；其中对照组患者采用卡托普利单用治疗，中西医结合组患者在对照组治疗基础上，加用天麻钩藤饮治疗；比较两组患者血压控制总有效率，临床症状改善总有效率及血压下降值等。结果：中西医结合组患者血压控制总有效率明显高于对照组，组间比较差异显著（P<0.05）；中西医结合组患者临床症状改善总有效率明显高于对照组，组间比较差异显著（P<0.05）；同时中西医结合组患者舒张压、收缩压下降值明显高于对照组，组间比较差异显著（P<0.05）。结论：与单纯西医治疗相比，中西医结合治疗高血压病血压控制及临床症状改善效果更佳，可显著降低血压水平。

Clinical effect observation on treating 60 cases of hypertension in the integrative medicine

Objective： To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of light, moderate hypertension in the integrative medicine. Methods： To select 120 cases in our hospital flom March 2010 to February 2013. Patients were randomly divided into control group and integrative medicine group, each group of 60 cases; the control group was treated by captopril, the integrative medicine group was treated by Tianma Gouteng decoction based on captopril. Control of blood pressure was compared between the two groups total efficiency, clinical symptoms and improve the total efficiency and a drop in blood pressure value. Results： The total effective blood pressure control of the integrative medicine group was better than the control group, significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）; Clinical symptoms and improve the total efficiency of the integrative medicine group was higher than the control group （P〈0.05）, diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure decreased value of the integrative medicine group was higher than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The treatment of hypertension in the integrative medicine can significantly reduce the level of blood pressure.
