常乐康和四磨汤联合治疗新生儿黄疸疗效观察

目的：观察常乐康和四磨汤联合治疗新生儿黄疸的临床疗效。方法：116例患儿，随机分为三组，常乐康组35例、四磨汤组40例、联合组41例，患儿均进行常规治疗，常乐康组进行口服常乐康、四磨汤组口服四磨汤口服液、联合组为上述两种药物协同治疗。结果：联合组总有效率优于其他组。结论：常乐康和四磨汤联合治疗新生儿黄疸的效果明显，值得临床推广。

Clinical observation on treating neonatal jaundice by Changlekang combined with the Simo decoction

Objective： To explore clinical effects of treating neonatal jaundice by Changlekang combined with Simo decoction. Methods： 116 cases were divided into 3 groups, 35 in the Changlekang group, 40 in the Simo decoction group, and 41 in the combination group. The Changlekang group was given the oral Changlekang, the Simo decoction group was given the oral Simo decoction, while the combination group was given the Changlekang combined with Simo decoction. Result： The total efficiency of the combination group was significantly higher. Conclusion： The Changlekang combined with Simo decoction was effective in treating neonatal jaundice, worthy of a wide application.
