| 摘 要： | 目的：观察穴位敷贴结合针刺治疗慢性失眠的临床疗效。方法：将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用穴位敷贴结合针刺治疗,对照组给予口服艾司唑仑治疗。结果：按疗效标准评估疗效,治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为93.33%、80%,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：穴位敷贴结合针刺治疗慢性失眠有显著的疗效,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe acupoint sticking therapy plus acupuncture in the treatment of chronic insom- nia. Methods ：60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group with acupoint sticking therapy plus acupuncture, control group with estazolam. Results：According to the criteria of efficacy assessment, the total efficiency was 93.33% in the treatment group and 80% in the control group. Total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group. Two groups had a sig- nificant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Acupoint sticking therapy plus acupuncture in the treatment of chro- nic insomnia has a remarkable curative effect, and it is worthy of promotion in the clinical application. |
