辨证治疗早期II型糖尿病临床观察

目的：观察中药辨证治疗早期 II 型糖尿病的疗效。方法：两组病例均在进行严格控制饮食的基础上进行，对照组口服盐酸二甲双胍片，0.25/次，2次/d。治疗组中药辨证治疗。结果：治疗组：血糖恢复正常者56例，占40%，基本正常80例，无效4例，总有效率>97%；对照组：血糖正常者72例，基本正常120例，无效4例，有效率98%。两组对照无显著差异（P>0.05）。结论：中药辨证治疗早期II型糖尿病的疗效不亚于西医治疗。

Clinical observation on treating early II diabetes in TCM syndrome differentiation

Objective： To observe the curative effect of TCM syndrome differentiation treatment on early II diabetes. Methods： Patients in two groups controlled diet strictly. The control group was treated with oral metformin hydrochloride tablets, 0.25 for each time and twice per day. TCM diagnosis and treatment in the treated group. Results： Treated group： The blood sugar of 56 cases recovered normal, accounting for 40%, 80 cases were basic normal 4 cases were ineffective, the total efficiency was over 97%; Control group： 72 cases of normal blood sugar, 120 cases was basic normal, 4 cases were ineffective, the efficiency was 98%. Two groups had no significant difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： TCM diagnosis and treatment has equal effect on early II diabetes to the modem medicine.
