中医辨证治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎的临床疗效观察

目的：探讨中医辨证治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎的临床疗效。方法：将94例慢性糜烂性胃炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各47例，给予对照组患者给予常规西医治疗，观察组患者在此基础上采用中医辨证治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果：观察组患者的治疗总有效率为93.6%，显著高于对照组患者的76.6%，组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：采用中医辨证治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎临床疗效好，值得临床进一步推广使用。

Clinical observation on treating chronic erosive gastritis in TCM syndrome differentiation treatment

Objective： To study the clinical effect of TCM syndrome differentiation treatment of chronic erosive gastritis. Methods： 94 cases with chronic erosive gastritis were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 47 cases in each group, the control group was treated by routine modem medicine. Based on the control group, the observation group was given TCM syndrome differentiation treatment. To compare the clinical effect of patients in two groups. Results： The total efficinency of the patients in observation group was 93.6%, significantly higher than that in control group （76.6%）. There was significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Taking TCM syndrome differentiation in treatment of chronic erosive gastritis has good clinical curative effect, worthy of further clinical application.
