| 摘 要： | 目的：观察电项针结合头针治疗血管性痴呆的临床疗效。方法：将血管性痴呆的60例患者,随机分成两组,每组30例,观察组采用电项针结合头针加口服尼莫地平片治疗;对照组采用单纯口服尼莫地平片治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的智力评分改变。结果：两组对血管性痴呆的治疗均有一定疗效,观察组治疗血管性痴呆的效果明显优于对照组单纯药物治疗（P〈0.05）。结论：电项针结合头针治疗血管性痴呆有较好的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the clinical effect of nucha electrical acupuncture combined with scalp acu- puncture for treating vascular dementia. Methods：60 VD patients were involved and divided into two groups. Observation group（30 cases） ： Nucha electrical acupuncture combined with scalp acupuncture and nimodipine tablets. Control group（30 cases） ： nimodipine tablets only. Compare the MMSE and HDS -R measuring scales before and after treatment of the two groups. Results：They all had somewhat effect on treating VD. Observation group was better than control group in treating VD（P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion： Nucha electrical acupuncture com- bined scalp acupuncture for treating vascular dementia is effective. |
