| 摘 要： | 目的：观察长蛇灸结合刮痧疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法：60例确诊为腰椎间盘突出症的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例，治疗组采用长蛇灸结合刮痧疗法治疗，对照组采用刮痧疗法治疗。结果：治疗组总有效率为86.66%，对照组总有效率为53.33%，两组疗效比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：长蛇灸结合刮痧疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症优于单纯用刮痧疗法治疗。

Efficacy observation on treating 30 cases of lumbar disc herniation by snake moxibustion combined with scraping therapy |

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical effect of snake moxibustion combined with scraping therapy on lumbar disc herniation. Methods： 60 cases of lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into the treated group and the control group, 30 in each group. The treated group was given snake moxibustion combined with scraping therapy and the control group was treated with the scraping therapy. Results： The total efficiency of the treated group was 86.66%. The control group was 53.33%. The difference has statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Snake moxibustion combined with scraping therapy is better than the scraping therapy only in treating lumbar disc herniation. |
