| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨补肾活血汤治疗斑秃的临床疗效。方法：治疗组用补肾活血汤水煎液口服，1剂/d，对照组用强的松15mg/d早晨顿服，两组同时用生姜汁，3次/d。结果：治疗组与对照组相比疗效有显著差异，P<0.05，治疗组的疗效优于对照组，治疗组的复发率低于对照组，P<0.05。结论：中药补肾活血汤治疗多发性斑秃临床疗效好，愈后复发率低。

Clinical observation on treating alopecia areata with the Bushen Huoxue decoction |

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of the Bushen Huoxue decoction on treating alopecia areata. Methods： The treated group was given the Bushen Huoxue decoction, one dose per day, the control group with prednisone 15mg/d morning dayton clothing, both groups with ginger juice, 3 times/d. Results： The treated group compared with the control group were significantly different effect, P〈0.05, the efficacy of the treated group was better than that of the control group, recurrence rate of the treated group lower than that of the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion： The clinical efficacy of the Bushen Huoxue decoction is good on treating alopecia areata. Recurrence rate after healing is lower. |
