Pilon骨折的外科治疗

目的：探讨Pilon骨折的临床特点及外科治疗方法。方法：对10例严重Pilon骨折病例均进行手术治疗。切开复位后均行胫骨远端“L”锁定加压钢板固定，10例关节面塌陷处骨折均行取自体髂骨填塞植骨，术中同时修复关节囊。手术后及早功能锻炼。结果：10例病人按时随访。疗效评定满意。结论：严重的Pilon骨折关节面塌陷。对该类骨折易行手术治疗，采用有效的内固定材料，对塌陷的关节面行填塞植骨，对关节囊行修补。

Surgical treatment of Pilon fracture

Objective： To investigate the clinical characteristics and surgical treatment method of Pilon fracture. Methods： Treating 10 cases of Pilon fracture with surgical treatment. After open reduction underwent distal tibial ＂L＂ locking compression plate fixation. 10 cases of articular surface collapse fractures underwent autogenous iliac bone graft with packing, the repair of the joint capsule during surgery. Early functional exercise should be taken after operation. Results： 10 patients were followed-up on time. The evaluation of curative effect was satisfactory. Conclusion： Serious Pilon fractures with articular surface collapse. Pilon fracture is easy for operation treatment, can adopt effective fixation material for fill articular surface collapse, repair articular capsule.
