| 摘 要： | 目的观察中医药治疗原发性纤维肌痛综合征的疗效.方法以口服加减纤维肌痛合剂并配合针灸按摩等方法综合治疗经德国各地医院统一诊断的原发性纤维肌痛综合征197例,观察疼痛指数、症状与体征,以及止痛药物用量的变化.结果显效42例,有效91例,总有效率为67.5%.治疗后疼痛指数均值降低(P＜0.05);症状与体征显著改善;103例停用止痛药物或减量.结论中医药综合治疗对原发性纤维肌痛综合征有较好疗效.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effect of Chinese medicine on primary fibromyalgia syndrome (PFS). Method The oral Xianweijitong Mixture and its modifications, acupuncture and massage were given to 197 cases of PFS diagnosed by different hospitals in Germany, and the pain indexes, other physical signs and dose changes of obtundents were observed. Result There were 42 cases with an obvious effect, 91, with a curative effect, and the total effective rate was 67.5 %. The mean of pain indexes decreased(P<0.05),and symptoms and signs were relieved remarkably after the treatment. There were 103 cases were given less dose of obtundents or stopped the drug. Conclusion The comprehensive treatment of PFS with Chinese medicine has a better curative effect. |
