| 摘 要： | 目的：了解药物不良反应（ADR）发生的特点和规律，促进合理用药。方法：对某县各医疗单位2007年1月-2008年12月收集到的60例小儿ADR报告进行回顾性汇总分析。结果：60例ADR中男性多于女性；1～6岁患者比例最高占60．0％；静脉给药引发ADR占80．0％；中药制剂所致ADR居多，占45．0％。ADR的主要表现以皮肤及附件损害为主，占50．0％。结论：应加强ADR的监测，减少药物不良反应的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective:To learn the feature of adverse drug reactions(ADR).Methods: Sixty ADR reports on sick children were collected,summarized and retrospectively analyzed.Results: More boys(61.7%) were reported with ADR than girls,and their peak age was from 1 to 6 years old(60.0%).ADRs initiated by intravenous administration took 80.0% and 45.0% by Chinese materia medica preparations,and the main manifestation was damages in skin and its attachments(50.0%).Conclusions: Adverse drug reaction should be monitored serio... |
