组合式输尿管软镜联合钬激光治疗上尿路结石的临床应用

摘    要:目的探讨组合式输尿管软镜联合钬激光治疗上尿路结石的临床应用。方法选择上尿路结石患者共120例,采用组合式输尿管软镜联合钬激光治疗,观察各项治疗结果与并发症发生情况。结果本组患者第一次手术成功进镜共107例,一次进镜成功率89.1%(107/120)。其中102例均成功寻及结石并将结石击碎,碎石时间35~120min。102例患者一次性清除结石率85.0%(102/120)。手术总时间45~158 min,平均(83.9±23.8)min,总住院时间2~8 d。术后3个月入院复查发现结石排净率为94.9%(93/107),所有患者均未出现严重并发症。结论组合式输尿管软镜结合钬激光治疗上尿路结石具有高效、并发症少、住院时间短等特点,具有良好的应用前景。

Clinical application of modular flexible ureteroscope combined with holmium laser for the treatment of urinary tract stones

Abstract:Objective To investigate the value of clinical application of the modular flexible ureteroscope combined with holmium laser in the treatment of urinary tract stones. Methods A total of 120 urolithiasis patients were collected. The usage of modular flexible ureteroscope combined holmium laser lithotripsy was taken and the treatment outcomes and complications were observed. Results The successful entering of the ureteroscope at the first time of the surgery was in 107 cases,with a success rate of 89. 1%( 107 /120). The stones were found and crushed in 102 cases,with lithotriptic time of 35 - 120 min. Stone clearance rate was 85. 0%( 102 /120). The total operative time was 45 - 158 min,with average( 83. 9 ± 23. 8) min. Total hospitalization time was 2 - 8 d. The stone free rate was 94. 9%( 93 /107) 3 months after surgery. All patients had no severe complications. Conclusion Modular flexible ureteroscope combined holmium laser lithotripsy is effective operation with few complications and shorter hospitalization time for the treatment of urinary calculi.
