| 摘 要： | 目的分析高胆红素血症对肿瘤标志物甲胎蛋白（AFP）、癌胚抗原（CEA）、糖类抗原125（Ca125）、糖类抗原199（Ca199）、糖类抗原153（Ca153）检测结果的影响。方法对38例肝炎、9例肝硬化、32例胆囊胆管良性疾病伴有黄疸的患者进行AFP、CEA、Ca125、Ca199、Ca153血清浓度检测。结果在肝胆良性病变合并高胆红素血症中,Ca199的假阳性率最高,为53．11％,且Ca199的假阳性率与引起高胆红素血症的病因无关。结论高胆红素血症对Ca199检测影响最大,高胆红素血症患者检测肿瘤标志物时．对Ca199的检测结果必须加以鉴别,以选择其他肿瘤标志物检测更佳。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the serum tumor markers in patients with hyperbilirubinemia.Methods The serum AFP,CEA,Ca125,Ca199 and Ca153 were tested in 79 patients with hyperbilirubinemia,among whom 32 devedloped gallbladder diseases,9 cirrhosis and 38 hepatitis patients.Results The false positive rate of the serum Ca199 in patients with benign gallbladder diseases was the highest.For all patients,the false positive rate for Ca199 reached to 53.11%.Conclusion The serum Ca199 was rather high in hyperbilirubinemia,to... |
