| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察通络合剂治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法 :选择符合西医急性脑梗死诊断标准及中医证类诊断标准中的风痰阻络、气虚血瘀、肝阳暴亢、痰热闭窍四证型者 12 0例 ,随机分为治疗组和对照组各 6 0例 ;对照组主要以血塞通注射液治疗及常规综合处理 ,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加通络合剂 ,治疗 14d后评价各组的神经功能恢复情况及有效率。结果 :治疗组疗效明显优于对照组 ,两组疗效经统计学处理有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :通络合剂能明显提高急性脑梗死的治疗效果

| Abstract: | Objective:To ovserve the curative effect of Tongluo Mixture in treating cerebral infarction. Methods: 120 patients were chosen and divided into treatment group and control group with 60 in each. The patients in the control group were treated by Xuesaitong (Jinsenoside) Injection and routine treatment. The patients on the other group were treated with Tongluo Mixture in the basis of those used in the control group. The recovery ratio and effective rate of neural function were evaluated after 14 days' treatment. Results: The curative effect in the treatment group is better than that in the other group(P<0.01). Conclusion: Tongluo Mixture can dramatically improve the curative effect in treating cerebral infarction. |
