学龄前期儿童缺铁性贫血影响因素的条件Logistic回归分析

为了解学龄前期儿童缺铁性贫血状况以及影响发病的主要因素,我们调查了泰安市泰山区804名3～6岁学龄前期儿童,通过病例—对照1:4配对方法,应用条件Logistic回归模型对影响缺铁性贫血发病因素进行了分析。结果表明,学龄前期儿童缺铁性贫血平均患病率为10.07％,随年龄的增长,患病率逐渐下降,对贫血发病主要影响因素分别为食入肉类、蔬菜、水果较少,铝锅烹调,人工喂养婴儿及食欲状况较差。

ANALYSES OF WITH THE CONDIT IONAL LOGISTIC REGRESSION MODEL

In order to understand the conditions of iron deficiency anemia in preschool children and the main factors of influencing the disease, we investigated 804 preschool children from 3 to 6 years old in Taishan district of Taian city. By the method of 1: 4 paired case control, we analyzed the factors influencing iron deficiency anemia using the conditional Logistic regession model. The results showed that the average prevalence rate of iron deficiency anemia in preschool children was 10.07%, and it was negative correlation with the ages of the children. The main factors are as follows, less up take of meat, vegetables and fruits, of food cooked with a luminium utensils or of artificial substances, and a poor appetite.
