无细胞壁细菌的分离培养

摘    要:目的 观察普通血液培养中变异无细胞壁细菌 (L型细菌 )的生长现象 ,以提高血培养的阳性率。方法 对在普通血液培养过程中瓶底出现轻微暗紫红、上清液微混或瓶壁有少量颗粒状物生长时 ,分别用血浆分离针抽取可疑培养物同时转种于普通血液琼脂培养基、L型增菌培养基及L型琼脂培养基中培养 ,观察其生长情况。结果 从 2 0 0例普通血液培养瓶中分离出各种普通细菌 31例 (15 .5 % ) ,将可疑培养物再用血浆分离针转种于L型细菌液体培养基上又分离出 2 3例L型细菌 ,使原来一般血培养阳性率提高到2 7.0 %。结论 普通血培养过程中L型细菌生长时应及时、仔细观察和转种 ,才能提高L型细菌的检出率。

Abstract:Objective To observe the growth of bacteria with no cell walls(L type bacteria) in normal blood cultivation and increase its positive rate.Methods During normal blood cultivation,something a little dull red on the bottom of the bottle,a bit cloudy supernatant fluid or a few particles on the bottle walls occurred,and with culture plasma separating needles,suspected culture was extracted and implanted in normal plasma agar medium,L type liquid medium and L type agar medium,the the growth was observed.Results From 200 normal blood cultivation bottles,normal bacteria were separated in 31 ones(15.5 %),then the separated culture was implanted in L type liquid medium and L type bacteria were separated from 23 bottles,thus the positive rate of cultivation was increased to 27.0 %.Conclusion During normal blood cultivation,in time careful observation and implantation of L type bacteria can increase its detectable rate.
