太子参多糖对糖尿病大鼠降糖作用机制的研究

摘    要:目的研究太子参多糖对实验性糖尿病大鼠降糖作用机制。方法糖尿病模型采用大鼠腹腔注射四氧嘧啶200mg/kg制作,观察太子参多糖不同剂量对糖尿病模型大鼠消脂素和肿瘤坏死因子-α的影响。结果中、高剂量太子参多糖(0.6g/kg,1.2g/kg)能显著升高糖尿病大鼠血清消脂素水平,同时能降低糖尿病大鼠血清肿瘤坏死因子-α水平(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。结论太子参多糖能通过多个途径发挥对实验性糖尿病大鼠的治疗作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate potential mechanism of decreasiy leptin level of Pseudostellaria Polysaccharides on experimental diabetic rats. Methods The diabetic rats were induced by the abdominal cavity injection of alloxen(ALX) 200 mg· kg-1. The levels of leption and TNF-α were determined. Results Pseudostellaria Polysaccharides (0.6 g·kg-1 , 1.2 g·kg-1 ) could increase Leptin level and could decrease TNF-α level of DM rats(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion Pseudostellaria Polysaccharides can play an threpedtic rale in the experiment aldialetic rats through multi-pathway the experimental diabetic rats.
