| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨肠结核手术时机及方式。方法 :回顾性分析 1990～ 2 0 0 3年 3月手术治疗肠结核 2 4例病人的临床资料。结果 :2 4例分别采用右半结肠或回盲部切除、肠粘连松解、短路手术、肠切除、胃大部分切除等手术治疗 ,治愈 2 3例 ,死亡 1例。结论 :密切观察病情变化 ,选择合适手术时机及术中正确判断手术方式 ,是手术治疗的关键

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the opportunity and method of operation for intestinal tuberculosis.Methods:The clinical materials of 24 patients with tuberculosis of intestines that received operative treatment from 1990 to March 2003 were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The patients were operated on with right colectomy or cecectomy, loosen adhesion of intestine,enterectomy and subtotal gastrectomy.Twenty three cases were cured and 1 case was dead.Conclusion:It's importortant to investigate carefully patient's condition and select the operative opportunity and method. |
