羟基磷灰石涂层种植体修复上颌单个前牙缺失的临床应用研究

目的 :探讨HA -TI涂层牙种植体的临床应用疗效。方法 :对 36例上颌前牙患者共种植羟基磷灰石涂层种植体 4 1枚 ,术后 6个月用种植固定义齿方法进行烤瓷冠修复。结果 :完成冠修复后 ,通过 36个月的随访 ,种植体累积成功率为 85 .3%。结论 :严格的适应症和精细的外科操作及正确的修复是种植成功的关键 ,羟基磷灰石涂层牙种植体可对上颌前牙缺失进行良好的修复。

CLINICAL EVALUATION OF HYDROXYAPATITE- COATED IMPLANT IN THE PREMAXILLA

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effects of hydroxyapatite-coated implant in the treatment for anterior teeth of maxilla for 3 years.Methods:The hydroxyapatite-coated implants were implanted in 41 cases,and 6 months after operation all of them were restored with fixed prosthesis.Results:Patients were followed up on for 36 months after restoration of the implant superstructures.It was showed that the cumulative implant success rates were 85.3%,and the stability rate of prostheses was 100%.Conclusions:In order to achieve high rate of success,the following process must be executed strictly:choose the case with carefulness,perform the surgical procedure with delicacy,and design for the prosthesis with deliberation.
