| 摘 要： | 经导管介入封堵室间隔缺损和房间隔缺损已被证实是一种简单、快速、疗效较好的治疗手段,但此手术仍有一系列的并发症出现,本文对介入封堵室间隔缺损及房间隔缺损后并发症的发生机制、临床表现、预防及处理进行综述。

| Abstract: | Transcatheter closure of ASD and VSD is a therapeutic method with simple, rapid and good efficacy, although a series of complications still follow it. This article reviews many aspects of complications followed transcathetcr closure of ASD and VSD in pathogenesy, clinical manifestation, prevention and treatment. |
