中药益气润肠汤结合中医穴位按摩治疗中风患者便秘的疗效观察

目的：观察中药益气润肠汤结合中医穴位按摩在干预中风患者便秘的效果。方法：把本院住院的56例中风便秘患者随机分为两组,对照组28例采用常规护理,治疗组28例除常规护理外,同时加服中药益气润肠汤并运用中医穴位按摩进行护理干预,观察两组中风患者便秘治疗效果的差异。结果：治疗组与对照组的治愈率分别为89.3%、57.2%,两组比较,有显著性差异（P〈0.01）,说明治疗组排便及便秘情况相比对照组有更好的改善。结论：中药益气润肠汤结合中医穴位按摩的护理干预可以更好地改善患者的便秘情况,提高中风患者的生活质量,值得临床推广。

Clinical observation of efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine Yiqirunchang Decoction combining Massage of buttocks acupoint in constipation of stroke patients

Objective：To observe efficacy of traditional chinese medicine Yiqirunchang Decoction combining Massage of buttocks acupoint in constipation of stroke patients. Methods：The 56 hospitalized stroke patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,conventional care in control group（28 cases）.Besides conventional care,taking Yiqirunchang Decoction com -bining Massage of buttocks acupoint in treatment group （28 cases）,Differdnces of the therapeutic effect of constipation stroke patientsbetween the two groups were compared. Results：Treatment group and control group cure rates were 89.3 percent and 57.2 percent with significant differences （P0.01）.In treatment group,constipation defecated that was better than the control condition. Conclusion：Yiqirunchang Decoction combining Massage of buttocks acupoint of nursing intervention can better improve constipation,to improve the quality of life of patients with stroke,it is worth popularizing.
