护士资历因素对精神病人康复训练效果的影响

目的:探讨护士资历因素对住院精神病人康复训练效果的影响。方法:从88名直接参予住院精神病人的康复护理与训练的护士中,按不同资历的年龄、护龄、职称、学历等因素划分若干组,观察其负责的病人在训练后4周及8周康复效果的差异。结果:不同年龄B组护士(35～42岁)其患者康复效果较好(P<0.01);不同护龄B组护士(10～14年)其患者康复效果较好(P<0.01);不同职称组B、C组护士(护师、主管护师)其患者康复效果更佳(P<0.01)。结论:不同资历因素的护士对病人康复训练效果不同。

EFFECTS OF NURSES''''DIFFERENT QUALIFICATION AND RECORD OF SERVICE FOR RECOVERY TRAINING OF MENTAL PATIENTS

Objective:To investigate the effects on the recovery training of inpatients with mental disorder by nurses with different qualification and record of service. Methods:88 nurses were divided into several groups according to their differences of age, nursing age, professional titles and educational background and they were directly involved in the course of recovery training for inpatients with metal disorder. The recovery results of the inpatients were observed after four and eight weeks treatment respectively. Results:The nurses in Group B at different ages (35- 42 years old) and nurses in Group B with different nursing ages (10 - 14 years) who made the better results on inpatients (P<0.0005). The nurses in Group B and C with different high professional titles made much better results on the inpatients (P<0.0005). Conclusion:Nurses with different qualification and record of service might make different effects on recovery training of mental patients.
