| 摘 要： | 本文利用氚标记的油酸研究了多相脂质体139在动物体内的分布及药物动力学。表明该制剂静脉注射于家兔后,血药浓度时程曲线呈现两隔室开放模型特征。分布相半衰期为0.2小时,消除相半衰期为24.9小时,在小白鼠的脏器分布具有一定指向性。在脾、肝、肺脏中分布最高,在胸腺及瘤组织中亦有检出。

| Abstract: | In this paper,studies on the distribution of polyphase iiposome 139 in the bo- dy of animals and studies on its pharmacokineties by ~3H labelled oleic acid method,are reported.Our studies showned that when the preparation was injected into the vein of rabbits,the plasma total radioactivity-time curve confers two-compartmental open characteristics,while the half-life of the distribution phase and the elimination phase was 0.2 hours and 24.9 hours respectively. The distribution in the organs of the mice appeared directional. The level of total radioactivity in spleen,liver,lungs was found the highest and in thymus,tumor tissue was detected. |
