妊娠时间及挑逗与小儿智能发育关系的调查

摘    要:调查报告采用“丹佛智能筛查表穿线计分法”对农村散居小儿8月至5岁646例分别进行了智能分数与他们出生时孕周的关系及接受挑逗的多、少与智能分数关系的统计学处理。发现小儿智能发育在一定范围内,与妊娠时间(周数)成负相关,孕期越短,智能发育越好,孕期越长,智能发育越差,过期产儿最差。差别极为显著(P<0.001)。并且证明,对小儿经常性的挑逗,是寓教于乐之中的良好方法,可以显著地促进小儿智能的发育。受挑逗多的小儿智能发育显著优于受挑逗少的小儿(P<0.001)。

Mentality Development in Childhood Lived in Countryside:An lnvestigation on 646 Children
Abstract:Using dewer development screening test for score of ageis line, investigation on mentality fraction of 646 childhood, 8~M—5yr and pregnancy weeks that they born were carried out. The statistical results showed:(1)In the limits,the me ntality development of childhood is negatively related to the pregnancy time(weeks). The less the pregnancy weeks, the better the mentality development; The more the pregna ncy weeks, the more the disparity of hildhood. The mentality develop ment of the childhood during overdue preguancy is the worst. The difference is significant (p<0.001). (2)To play with the child is a good method of education. It may notablly promote the mentality develop ment in childhood,To play with the child more frequency, The mentality development of the child is notablly better the diffe rent is significant (p<0.001)
