参松养心胶囊治疗老年冠心病室性早搏120例临床观察

目的观察参松养心胶囊治疗老年冠心病室性早搏的临床疗效。方法选择老年冠心病室性心律失常患者120例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予参松养心胶囊4粒,每日3次;对照组予以普罗帕酮100mg,每日3次;疗程均为4周。比较2组抗心律失常的治疗效果。结果2组患者室性心律失常次数较治疗前均明显减少,临床症状改善,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组HR、P-R间期、QRS时限、矫正QT间期(QTc)与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照组治疗后比较,HR下降(P<0.05),治疗组较对照组不良反应少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参松养心胶囊可降低老年冠心病室性心律失常发生次数,改善冠心病患者的临床症状,其疗效与普罗帕酮相当,且安全耐受性优于普罗帕酮,适合老年患者。

The therapeutic effect of Shensongyangxin capsule on elderly patients with ventricular premature contraction:120 cases report

Objective To study the clinical effect of Shensongyangxin capsule on the treatment of elderly patients with ventricular premature coronary heart disease.Methods 120 elderly patients with ventricular premature coronary heart disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The patients in the treatment group were treated with Shensongyangxin capsule,4 pills once,three times a day,while the patients in the control group were treated with 100mg propafenone three times a day.After a duration of treatment(4 weeks),compare the anti-arrhythmia effect of the two groups.Results The number of ventricular arrhythmia of two groups of patients significantly reduced and the clinical symptoms improved,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).As to HR,P-R period,QRS time limit and corrected QT interval(QTC),there were no significant differences before and after treatment in treatment group(P>0.05).Side effect in the treatment group was less than that in the control group,there was significant difference existed(P<0.05).Conclusion Shensongyangxin capsule can reduce the number of ventricular premature in elderly patients with coronary heart disease and improve clinical symptoms.Its effect is equal to that of propafenone.Besides,its safety and tolerance is better than that of propafenone.Therefore,it is suitable for elderly patients.
