Cajal间质细胞的研究进展

Cajal间质细胞是一组存在于胃肠道的间质细胞,是胃肠起搏细胞,并具有传导神经递质的作用。多种胃肠动力障碍疾病与它们的分布和形态学异常有关。随着电镜的应用及生理学、免疫组织化学的发展,人们对Cajal间质细胞的超微结构、三维网络结构及生理功能有了进一步的认识,开始重视Cajal间质细胞的作用,试图阐明它们的形态结构和生理功能。本文就Cajal间质细胞的形态、分布及功能等方面的研究进展进行综述。

Progress in the Study of Interstitial Cells of Cajal

Interstitial. cells of cajal are a variety of cells found in gastrointestinal smooth muscle tissues, recognized as pacemaker cells of the gastrointestinal tract,which play a significant role in enteric neurotransmission. Furthermore, the changes of ICCs in disposition and morphology are related to gastrointestinal kinetic disorder. With the development of physiology,immunohistochemistry and application of electron microscope, researchers want to know the uhramicrostructure,3D uhramicrostrueture and physiologic function of ICCs, to think highly of the effect of ICC, and try to interpret morphosis and physiologic function about it. This article is a review of the progress in the study of ICCs in morphology,disposition and function.
