血栓通注射液治疗脑梗死56例临床观察

摘    要:目的 观察血栓通注射液治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法 114例脑梗死患者随机分为2组。治疗组56例应用血栓通注射液治疗,对照组58例应用维脑路通注射液治疗。2组均20日为1个疗程。结果 治疗组总有效率91.1%,对照组总有效率75.9%,2组比较有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。与治疗前相比,治疗组治疗后血小板聚集率、纤维蛋白原、全血黏度各指标明显降低(P〈0.05);与对照组相比,治疗组治疗后纤维蛋白原、全血黏度、血浆黏度各指标有统计学差异(P〈0.05)。结论 血栓通注射液治疗脑梗死疗效显著,使用方便,无明显不良反应。

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xueshuantong injection on patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 114 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two group.56 patients in treatment group were treated with Xueshuantong injection and 58 patients in the control group were treated with Troxerutin injection.Twenty days was a therapeutic course in the both group.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group was 91.9% and 75.9% respectively.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The rate of platelet aggregation,the level of fibrinogen and the whole blood viscosity significantly decreased after treatment in the treatment group compared with those indexes before treatment(P<0.05).There were significant differences of the indexes mentioned above between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Xueshuantong injection has a definite effect on cerebral infarction.
