摘    要:目的 为化学品皮肤腐蚀性分类提供有效可靠的体外替代检测方法。 方法 使用EpiSkinTM重组人皮肤模型,对已知分类类别的标准参考物以及未知分类类别的化学物质进行检测,评估其在化学品皮肤腐蚀性分类中的应用。 结果 标准参考物二氯乙酰氯分类为1A类,乙醛酸一水合物分类为1B/1C类,分类结果与已知分类一致。无磷转化膜为非腐蚀性物质,防腐剂为1B/1C类。 结论 EpiSkinTM重组人皮肤模型测试方法适用于化学品腐蚀性分类评估。

Abstract:Objective To provide an effective and reliable in vitro evaluation method for skin corrosion induced by chemicals. Methods EpiSkinTM reconstructed human epidermis model was used to classify chemical substances with known classification categories and unknown classification categories,and to evaluate the applicability of EpiSkinTM in skin corrosion induced by chemicals. Results In corrosion test,dichloroacetyl chloride was identified as 1A, glyoxylic acid monohydrate was identified as 1B/1C,which were consistent with the known classification. The other two unknown-classification substances were classified as non-corrosive and 1B/1C, respectively. Conclusion The in vitro testing method using EpiSkinTM reconstructed human epidermis model is suitable for classification and evaluation of skin corrosion induced by chemicals.
