| 摘 要： | 目的观察喉鳞癌组织中缺氧诱导因子（HIF）-1α和血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）的表达情况及其与淋巴结转移的关系。方法用免疫组化法检测57例喉鳞癌组织中HIF-1α和VEGF的表达变化；10例癌旁正常组织作对照。结果喉鳞癌组织中HIF-1α和VEGF阳性表达率均高于正常组织（P〈0．05）；有淋巴结转移的喉鳞癌组织中HIF-1α和VEGF阳性表达率均高于无淋巴结转移者（P〈0．05）。结论HIF-1α和VEGF在喉鳞癌组织中呈高表达，二者均与喉鳞癌淋巴结转移有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the expression of HIF-1α and VEGF in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and explore the relationship with lymphatic metastasis. Methods The expression of HIF-1α and VEGF was detected by immuno- histochemieal method. The lateral normal tissues from ten laryngeal carcinoma were for contrast. Results The positive rates of HIF-1 ct and VEGF in the tissues of laryngeal carcinoma were both higer than normal tissues （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The positive rates of HIF-1α and VEGF in lymphatic metastasis group were both higer than no lymphatic metastasis group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions The expression of HIF-1α and VEGF in the laryngeal carcinoma tissues is higer than normal tissues. HIF-1α and VEGF are both related to lymphatic metastasis of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma. |
