临床护理路径在老年股骨粗隆间骨折中的应用研究

目的观察临床护理路径在老年股骨粗隆间骨折中的应用效果。方法将符合纳入标准的老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者67例随机分为观察组34例和对照组33例,对照组采用常规治疗及护理措施,观察组采用已设计好的临床护理路径进行健康教育,观察比较2组患者的住院时间及术后并发症等。结果观察组平均住院时间、术后并发症均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径可有效减少老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者的住院时间和术后并发症,并提高护理质量。

Research on the application of clinical nursing path in the treatment of elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture

Objective To observe the effect of clinical nursing path on the treatment of elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture.Methods 67 elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture were randomly divided into the observation group(n=34) and the control group(n=33).The control group was conducted with conventional treatment and nursing measures,while the observation group was conducted with the clinical nursing path for health education.Hospitalization time and postoperative complications were compared between two groups.Results The mean hospitalization time and the incidence rate of postoperative complications in the observation group were lower than the control group,and there were significant differences between two groups(P<0.01);the satisfaction level toward nursing in the observation group was higher than the control group,and there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical nursing path can effectively shorten the hospitalization time,reduce the incidence rate of postoperative complications and improve the quality of nursing in the elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture.
