孕期体质量管理对妊娠结局的影响

目的探讨孕期体质量管理的可行性及其对妊娠结局的影响。方法选择孕前身体质量指数正常的健康孕产妇283例,将其随机分为干预组163例和对照组120例,2组均给予常规教育和定期检查,此外干预组还须到营养门诊接受孕期营养监测与指导,包括个体化饮食干预、体质量监测、适量运动等,比较2组孕妇的妊娠结局。结果干预组孕妇在妊娠及分娩并发症、分娩方式及产程等方面均显著优于对照组,且干预组胎儿及新生儿情况较好。结论孕期体质量管理具有一定的科学可行性,能显著改善妊娠结局。

Influence of management of gestational body mass on pregnancy outcome

Objective To explore the feasibility of management of gestational body mass and its effect on the pregnancy outcome.Methods 283 parturient women with normal gestational body mass index were selected and randomly divided into intervention group(n=163) and control group(n=120).Both of two groups were conducted with conventional education and regularly inspection;in addition,the intervention group was conducted with gestational nutrition monitoring and guidance in the department of nutrition,which including the contents such as individual dietary intervention,body mass monitoring,proper exercise and so on.Pregnancy outcomes were compared between two groups.Results Conditions of pregnancy,complications of delivery,delivery mode and process of delivery in the intervention group were significantly better than the control group;conditions of fetus and neonates in the intervention group were better than the control group as well.Conclusion Management of gestational body mass is scientific and feasible,and it can significantly improve the pregnancy outcome.
