| 摘 要： | 对２０例冠心病、１８例高血压病及１５例正常对照组进行口服葡萄糖耐量试验，同时测定血清胰岛素、血脂及脂蛋白。结果表明：冠心病及高血压病常存在胰岛素抵抗和高胰岛素血症。胰岛素敏感性与胆固醇、甘油三醇、低密度脂蛋白呈明显负相关，与高密度脂蛋白呈正相关。冠心病与高血压病两组比较，葡萄糖耐量异常发生率前者明显高于后者，胰岛素敏感性冠心病组低于高血压病组，表明冠心病的胰岛素抵抗较高血压病更为严重．

| Abstract: | Examinations of oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) , serum insulin, blood lipids and lipoprotein were made on 20 cases of coronary heart disease(CHD) ,18 cases of essential hypertension (EH) and 15 cases of a control group. It has been indicated that patients with EH and CHD were often in the state of insulin resistance and hyperinsulinemia. Insulin sensitivity had evidently negative correlation with triglyceride(TG), total cholesterol (TO and low density lipoprotein, and obviously positive correlation with high density lipoprotein. Making a comparison between cases of the two groups, incidence rate of OGTT abnormality was clearly higher than that of EH group. Insulin sensitivity of CHD group was lower than that of EH group,which suggested that insulin resistance of CHD group was even more obvious than that of EH group. |
